CHALLENGE

Our client is a top-10 bank in the United States, making them one of the largest in the nation. In July 2021, The Imagine Group was tasked with hiring over 40 Float Universal Bankers and Bank Service Associates within a two-month period. This was defined as “Mission Critical” to their operation as the goal was imperative to keeping specific branches open and functioning. Finding and securing Float Bankers and Bank Associate Services in various markets throughout the U.S. who are willing and able to travel to multiple branches day to day is challenging due to transportation requirements and skill-level qualifications.

SOLUTION

The Imagine Group offered a strategic Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) model tailor-made to align with our clients goals. This allowed for our client to have a customized solution with a scalable model that provided significant cost savings (over $600,000) and qualified recruiters to directly address their needs. The recruitment resources were ramped up on short notice and The Imagine Group provided a high degree of agility by realigning, reallocating, and adding resources to their internal team to accomplish the task of high-volume hiring on a constrained timeline. The Imagine Group managed the sourcing of talent, initial interview screening process, candidate presentation, interview and offer coordination, and consulted in proper onboarding.

OUTCOME

The Imagine Group surpassed the original hiring goal of 40 securing 45 placements within two months of launch, which resulted in an extension to the partnership due to the exceptional performance. Based on the success of the initial project, this allowed for The Imagine Group to continue a great relationship with our client as the RPO operator and hire additional Float Bankers within a four-month period. During this time, Imagine exceeded industry averages in numerous KPI measurement categories including a submit-to-interview ratio of 83% and securing a total of 93 placements throughout the life of the engagement.
