When they chose Buffalo for their 10th location, Sparq needed a community-based workforce and talent solutions firm who would fill 80 roles within six months.

APPROACH

The Imagine Group understood that Sparq was new to Buffalo’s rapidly growing tech industry without any credibility or market share. Sparq needed a company that was agile and able to scale up or down in size with them based on needs. A specific, cost effective Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) plan was set into place.
